Tristar Business Park
Tristar Communities, in partnership with the Town of Okotoks have finalized plans for developing a business park, with lots being available to the public in 2006. The intention is to focus on attracting and encouraging industries that are appropriate for the local business and community environment in terms of land requirements, goods and services provided, required skills, draw on community resources (water, sewer, energy), and that reflect community demography, lifestyle, and relative location.
